iZonnit, LLC Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By creating an account with iZonnit, LLC and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive essential, transactional text messages (SMS) to that number.

  1. Program Description: The purpose of this SMS program is strictly to provide you with One-Time Passcodes (OTPs) for secure account login and verification (Two-Factor Authentication, or 2FA). No marketing, promotional, or advertising content will be sent via this SMS program.

  2. Frequency: Message frequency is low and message-on-demand, based solely on the number of times you initiate a login attempt or verification request.

  3. Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received from your mobile provider. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. iZonnit, LLC does not charge extra fees for this service.

  4. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply with the keyword STOP to any message you receive. After texting STOP, we will send you a single SMS message to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed from service alerts. After this, you will no longer receive OTP messages and will need to use an alternative login method. To opt back in, reply START.

  5. Help: For help or support regarding this service, reply with the keyword HELP. We will respond with information on how to contact our support team.

  6. No Liability: Carriers, including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
